Today, I want to share with you a deeply personal and transformative experience—a journey that marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life as a mother and as a woman. It's the story of my first solo flight with my 5-month-old baby to Bangalore, as we set out to embrace the challenges and opportunities that awaited us in a new city.

As I sat in the airport lounge, cradling my baby in my arms, a whirlwind of emotions swept over me. Excitement, anticipation, nervousness—each feeling vying for dominance as I prepared to embark on this adventure. It wasn't just a trip; it was a leap of faith, a bold step into the unknown, and a testament to the strength and resilience that lay within me.

With a deep breath and a silent prayer, I boarded the plane, my baby snuggled close to my chest, their tiny fingers grasping mine with an unwavering trust. As the plane took off, I felt a surge of adrenaline coursing through my veins—a mixture of exhilaration and trepidation at the journey that lay ahead.

Over the course of the flight, I found myself navigating a new world of challenges and joys. From soothing my baby's cries to changing diapers at 30,000 feet, every moment was a lesson in patience, adaptability, and unconditional love. And through it all, I discovered a newfound sense of confidence and empowerment—a realization that as a mother, I was capable of facing any obstacle that came my way.

As the plane descended into Bangalore, I felt a sense of awe wash over me at the sight of the sprawling city below. It was a city filled with promise, with opportunity, and with the potential to shape our future in ways we had never imagined. And though I knew the road ahead would be challenging, I also knew that we were embarking on this journey together, my baby and I, united by a bond that transcended time and space.

As we stepped off the plane and onto the bustling streets of Bangalore, I felt a surge of pride at how far we had come. We were no longer just mother and child; we were warriors, pioneers, and adventurers charting a course through the unknown. And though my husband, Appa, was not with us in that moment, I knew that his love and support would guide us every step of the way.
